Are you just dying to read a good old-fashioned t-file in this the year 2024?
My play Rozencrantz and Guildenstern go to IKEA is an absurdist one-act available in the cDc’s archives!

Two cool improvements are coming to <dialog> soon ™️.
- button command/commandfor attributes to open dialogs without JS.
- closedby attribute to enable light dismiss or disable close on esc (etc)
It’s my first cabinet build, but i built my fireplace too! Cabinets are definitely way harder than a fireplace because everything has to be perfectly square or else a drawer won’t open or something hahah
2025 is the year I start going down to London for theatre. Wanted to go see Sigourney Weaver in the Tempest and just found out T Hiddy will be in Much Ado About Nothing.
I wrote a post about dyscalculia and how you can design to help people like me who struggle with numbers: www.gerireid.com/dyscalculia.... #accessibility #a11y
like I fundamentally don't believe that social media should feel like the Clockwork Orange eyes scene half the time, I don't think that helps anyone and worry that it drives people insane, so sure yeah I'll actively prefer a platform that doesn't do that, it's not a passive choice but an active one
Professionally you never get to code front end, back end and design a UI, but on your own projects you can, and I do it like Life and How To Live It. Do some backend, until I get tired of it, then do some design.
Blissful.

Hello everyone, I'm new here 👋
A brief intro - I'm an illustrator based in Norfolk UK working in advertising, publishing & design. Influenced by art deco & mid century poster art I like to recreate that retro vibe in my own contemporary style.
I sell prints too!

I though we wouldn't be able to make a lira that looked as good as the model. I have almost no experience with woodworking. It took us around thirty hours to get the frame done. Everyone managed at the end. I'm happy we were pushed into doing them. No way I start these kind of projects by myself.
I say this every year and I always mean it: this edition of @perfnow.bsky.social was all I could hope for. Wonderful speakers and attendees in a beautiful venue, all deeply caring about how to make the web better for everyone. It fills me with hope. Maybe the “perf” in #perfnow stands for “perfect”?
I forgot to introduce myself and there's no edit button. I'm a hobbyist web developer currently working as an Instructional Designer in Atlantic Canada.
I like HTML and CSS, but mostly hate JavaScript unless it works 😅
