like I fundamentally don't believe that social media should feel like the Clockwork Orange eyes scene half the time, I don't think that helps anyone and worry that it drives people insane, so sure yeah I'll actively prefer a platform that doesn't do that, it's not a passive choice but an active one
Professionally you never get to code front end, back end and design a UI, but on your own projects you can, and I do it like Life and How To Live It. Do some backend, until I get tired of it, then do some design.
Blissful.

Hello everyone, I'm new here đ
A brief intro - I'm an illustrator based in Norfolk UK working in advertising, publishing & design. Influenced by art deco & mid century poster art I like to recreate that retro vibe in my own contemporary style.
I sell prints too!

I though we wouldn't be able to make a lira that looked as good as the model. I have almost no experience with woodworking. It took us around thirty hours to get the frame done. Everyone managed at the end. I'm happy we were pushed into doing them. No way I start these kind of projects by myself.
I say this every year and I always mean it: this edition of @perfnow.bsky.social was all I could hope for. Wonderful speakers and attendees in a beautiful venue, all deeply caring about how to make the web better for everyone. It fills me with hope. Maybe the âperfâ in #perfnow stands for âperfectâ?
I forgot to introduce myself and there's no edit button. I'm a hobbyist web developer currently working as an Instructional Designer in Atlantic Canada.
I like HTML and CSS, but mostly hate JavaScript unless it works đ
Iâm here, but sharing starter packs is the way. It means one person can do the legwork of grabbing up to 150 people and then share it. As well as that, custom feeds. I think someone was creating an index.
That list is my and @contentdesign.londonâs Finest Work of All Time, and I will have you know that (a) absolutely nobody takes any notice of it at all, at least not when it comes to policy-related content, and (b) if only they did, then all the main problems would be instantly solved.
Hi, currently working through the Odin Project full stack javascript course to transition from janitorial work to web dev. I don't post much but like to chat about coding, pro wrestling and comics / manga.
IF YOU WERE PART OF TECH TWITTER IN ANY WAY, can you comment here so we can find everyone we knew in the community.
I feel like I am going crazy trying to search for accounts and it is exhausting.
Can we get a thread going on of everyone?
Let's bring the community back together over here.
I donât think theyâre surfaced anywhere in the UI, at least on iOS. There are feeds of just people sharing starter packs that might help you though: https://bsky.app/profile/did:plc:jk3vmvsy3b4w44dax7ynojik/feed/aaafwnx7z5tay [contains quote post or other embedded content]
Iâm just a pleb so my experience is different. Still just keep being useful on the internet. I reckon it will be quicker than you think, and work better.
