I’ve had a Boox palma for that sort of thing as a “night phone”. It’s really good! I needed exactly what you say about the writing though. I take so many notes in a day and that really rags through notebooks. I’ve tried all sorts of digital stuff but this thing is easily the best for writing.

I think one my toxic traits is I’m just not wired to “crush it” every day. Maybe more like every third day. I kicked ass yesterday. Struggling to start on real work today. Maybe I’ll find focus again by Friday.
