I am a multi-award winning Games Artist with over 10 years of experience in mobile and handheld games with a real passion for graphic and product design. I specialise in concept and IP creation, where I aim to create fun and appealing characters and worlds. I have built and managed several art teams, as well as having vast expertise in UI/UX design, animation and game design. I joined Supercell as part of a prototype team and created Brawl Stars, Supercell’s highly anticipated 5th global game. I am responsible for the IP direction, character concepts and the overall style and vision of the project as well as being heavily involved in marketing, merchandise and outsourcing. Brawl Stars recently became one of the first Supercell games to top the Korea and Japan mobile game charts simultaneously. I had joined King in founding a new studio in Berlin, that focused on creating new products aimed at broadening King's portfolio and user base. It was my responsibility to guide and manage the art team, creating the style and direction of projects, maintaining art documentation, whilst also designing new core game mechanics and prototypes. I was heavily involved in the hiring of all new artists as well as mentoring and coaching the art team with 1 on 1’s, goal setting and proficiency training. Whilst at Wooga I was Lead Artist on Diamond Dash where my experience with game design became valuable in creating intuitive UI/UX designs for games with millions of daily and monthly users. I was also part of several prototype teams and soft launched titles such as Spy Dash. In my spare time I am very active on Twitter, where I like to mentor and advise indie developers or people looking to break into the games industry as well as showcasing my personal projects.
