How to Make Fabric Butterflies - Easy Origami DIY with Lace and Steampunk Key Charms
How to make Fabric Butterflies. This is an easy DIY with lace and Steampunk key charms.
I show you how to make a plain origami butterfly using just two pieces of fabric and also one with lace and a charm in the centre.
Once you've made one, you can also embellish your butterflies with sequins, beads and pearls to create something really special.
You could even add embroidery on the corners if desired.
You can decorate just about anything with these butterflies and easily turn them into hair accessories.
The fabric is cut 5" x 3.5" or 13cm x 9cm
Make butterflies any size you like.
When cutting the rectangle, the width should measure about 70% of the length.
These make great gifts. Make a few for the holidays!
