That was my first workout on 32kgs.
Intervals: 1ҷork x 5sets /2Ҡrest in between/
Pace: 10/ 11/ 11/ 13/ 16 (video)
Finally made it to this weight.
Fist set was scary to start
But by the time I made it to the last set, I said to myself: ӯkay, thatҳ not that bad, I can work on itԮ
It was a week ago, half way to my attempt for 5min set.Լ/p
