The best way is to prevent Eddie from even getting out, and I think I provided the best ways to in this video. I should mention that in the corner, you can get 2P between 236P hits as Zato. Also, another reason 5H is better for Eddie summons is because you get more blockstun, so things like 236S and 236K catch more defensive options.
