One of the best techniques you can do with 21 in neutral is 2S into Moonjump. Now it's even easier! You can just 2S and keep S held down, then dash jump and you'll get a moon jump.
Makes her neutral even more oppressive. Simple setups like this counterhit 2H/Jump
