I think you generally want to avoid getting into the habit of 214H > 623H as a juggle starter, it's just too much blood now to use unless you have a good reason

As for the charged dust routes, the better ones are generally character specific from what I've found

being at 2-2.4 is good, 2.4-2.6 spooky, any higher than 2.6 and you're in trouble since you can't really dash anymore

and the 2S 5H in question will also drain quite a bit more blood than a fukyo will build so you can do 2S 5H 236K to keep your turn
