"You can't handle my strongest defensive options, they're too strong for you, traveler. Go find a guidemaker that makes weaker options." Hello! Unless you're the biggest sweatlord around, this technique will lead to your death more than it will help you. It's hard to lab, easy to mess up, and even easier to get deleted for trying. Labbing it can still be a good exercise, and IBFD on wakeup is still something you should get in the habit of practicing if you have the execution to manage it. I would not recommend practicing this unless you consider yourself extremely strong already. Going for this will actually keep you from winning in some cases.
