Announcing Public Preview of Multiple Audiences for Power BI Apps
Today, we are excited to announce the public preview of Multiple Audiences in the Power BI Apps, one of the highly requested features from the community. With multiple audiences for an App, now Power BI App author can create multiple audience groups within the same App and assign different permissions to each group.
We’re excited to share that the Power BI embedded analytics playground just got some new updates, including the ability to embed a report using your own embed token in the developer sandbox!
Pre-Announcing Automatic Installation of the Power BI app for Microsoft Teams
We’re pre-announcing a new capability to help organizations automatically install the Power BI app for Microsoft Teams for active users of the Power BI service. A new Power BI admin tenant setting is starting to roll-out allowing Power BI admins to control automatic installation. Automatic installation will start occurring in November 2021 for organizations with the setting enabled.
We are excited to announce that the all new metrics app for premium capacities is available here as public preview! Please be sure to check the docs for detailed installation instructions.
