Ardent Mills operates in more than 40 locations that specialize in flour, quinoa, pulses, and organic and gluten-free products that drive emerging nutrition and innovation across plant-based ingredients. To stay current with the increase in operations and production across their plants in several different countries, their processes need to be efficient and supported by the technological capabilities available today. Deborah Romero-Reinig, explored Power Apps and Microsoft Power Platform to improve their processes and establish reporting capabilities across their plants. Several apps are now live and the team is now working towards a digital foundation for their upcoming paperless state of the art mill.
