Clearly Calm and Keeping Terrorized by @Batbirdies.ao3
Jason made a deal with Bruce, no killing, and there would be no more conflict between them. At least on patrol. Jason reasoned it would be easier to accomplish his goals without constantly fighting Batman along the way. It didn’t change anything, not really. Not until he found an old gift he never knew about and Bruce asked him to dogsit Titus while he and Damian were out of town. Not until the Lazarus Pit started bothering him again. This is a long, emotionally satisfying story of Jason starting to deal with his shit and rejoin the Batfamily. (previous stories in the series were recced previously.)
A Batfamily AU where Jason, Dick, Tim, and Damian meet first on the streets of Gotham, before they ever meet Bruce Wayne. I enjoyed this - and its sequels - a lot.
You're just the last of the real ones. Or, Kanan and Ezra find in each other what they need. this is really lovely, with great motion. Oh Kanan. #see you space cowboy
When an unknown enemy threatens Robin, Gotham's vigilantes come together to keep him safe. Unfortunately, they're protecting the wrong Robin. Or: Tim Drake plans his own rescue. Things get complicated. This story is SO GREAT. It focuses on how the Batfamily deals with Tim being kidnapped, and also how they deal with each other, and how Bruce realizes the impact of his absence on them, and also there is an amazingly in character YOUNG JUSTICE REUNION. I love this story a lot and it has been a comfort (re)read during these pandemic times. Do yourself a favor - carve out some time and read this story. You won't regret it.

When the Gaang stopped in Gaoling, Toph didn't go with them. Now years later, she finds herself engaged to a girl from the Fire Nation named Mai, who isn't any more interested in being married than Toph is. This is a sweet and snarky arranged marriage AU and I enjoyed it.
After Stephanie Brown saves Martha and Thomas Wayne one night, instead of going back to her own universe, the Spoiler finds herself stuck in the wrong Gotham for a while longer, and gets to see some of the fallout of her choices. Sequel to "One Night" (previously recced) where Steph doesn't get home right away and has some more interactions with young Bruce. And the sequel, https://archiveofourown.org/works/23194855 Night Time, where grown up AU Bruce meets the Steph from his own universe.
Steph’s blissfully nondescript college life comes to a crashing end when she punches the Riddler in the nose during a study session. This is so great. Poor Steph. And the hilarious sequel: https://archiveofourown.org/works/26309128 The Sexy Mug Prank
When Vader goes to Tatooine to find Luke after ESB, he gets a little more (and slightly less) than he bargained for. This is adorable and heartbreaking in turn.
“Whatever is the matter?” Aziraphale asks and Crowley shrugs open the cloak to reveal a swaddled baby held in the crook of his arm. “Oh, good Heavens.” Crowley saves a baby’s life. Who is this child and why is he in danger? This is really soft and lovely.
