Dick and Bruce and Damian winding down after patrol. This is very sweet.

The first time a minister calls Iroh “the prince”, Fire Lord Zuko stares at her blankly. So too do the Avatar, the siblings from the Southern Water Tribe, the Earthbending girl, and the Kyoshi warrior. “You guys have another prince?” the Avatar asks the Fire Lord, and the Fire Lord shakes his head in confusion. “General Iroh”, the minister amends, and then, just in case, adds, “your uncle.” A chorus of “ooooh”s come from the children, accompanied by knowing nods as they realize exactly who the woman is speaking about. The Fire Lord, the Avatar, and the other children never refer to him as anything other than “Uncle”. this is adorable.

This is a fun Batfamily/Avengers crossover. (I have a hard time believing the Avengers don't know who the Justice League are, though.)

Dick finds out Steph is Robin and comes to Gotham to talk to her. This is lovely. I wish DC didn't sleep on this relationship.

“It’s not about the lack of love,” Steph says, propping her head on one hand. “That’s why it’s taking them so long to heal.” Well, Cass thinks. That just doesn't make sense. Cass tries to get Jason to come home for Bruce's birthday. She's more successful than she thinks.

After Rosa comes out to the squad, it feels like suddenly everyone is coming to her. This totally captures everyone's voices and characterization.

This is a really lovely, melancholy post-Winter Soldier AU from Peggy's POV, so it's hard to read sometimes (especially if you know someone with Alzheimer's or dementia) but definitely worth it.

Damian tries to get Bruce to adopt Colin. This is adorable.

When Bruce attempts to murder Jason in his sleep, the young Robin goes to his predecessor for help. Nightwing and Robin must work together to find out what happened to the real Bruce Wayne. Dick and Jason, teaming up and being bros. Oh heart.

“The look on his face when you started wheezing,” says Bucky reverently. “I’m gonna remember that all my life.” “Wait, what?” says Howard, glancing back from the tiller. “You had an asthma attack in front of the Red Skull?” “I did not,” says Steve with dignity. “I just got excited, is all.” “You’re always excited when it comes to punching people,” says Bucky. “It’s part of your charm.” AU where the serum is a bust but Steve works with the Ghost Army to make the Nazis believe Captain America is real. A great read.

As the author's notes say: free will! the original sin so nice crowley accidentally inspired it twice. Adorable.

the AU where Steph is taken and trained by the League of Assassins and becomes Damian's bodyguard/babysitter for a while.

This is a fun Avengers/Leverage crossover.

"Why me, Henderson?" Steve asks. "What did I do to deserve...whatever this is?" "Look, we can't get clothes from Mike's dad or Lucas's. He'd look like an idiot! And Will said that Jonathan's bound to notice anything missing from his closet, plus —" He looks around, makes sure that Max isn't within hearing distance. "We thought about taking Billy's stuff but that seems disrespectful?" "Good call, yeah. But again I ask, why me?" Dustin grins and slaps Steve's arm. "'Cause you're rich and also you dress cool!" "Oh," Steve says, ducking his head a little. "Thanks." Because OF COURSE the Russians kept the Winter Soldier in Hawkins.

Alfred is sick and 8yo Bruce takes care of him. Oh my heart.

Gotham wasn't kind to its girls. Jason would brutalize it until it agreed to be. He only hoped it would spare him long enough to make it so. this is a great look at Jason.

Really good look at how Clark and Lois fall in love and how Clark reveals his secret to her.

Max and El write to each other. Oh my heart. This is exactly what I wanted after season 3.

The one where Ra's tries to assassinate Tim and Damian takes a bullet for him. This is so full of Batfamily feels!

DCEU Batman wakes up in the comicsverse and learns a lot about how much better his life could be. I enjoyed this.

What Peter was up to during the end of the world. I enjoyed this (though having him call Nightingale "Thomas" throughout seemed off to me).

Aziraphale rejects all of Crowley's nicknames over the years. YES GOOD.

Damian assembles a crack team. With Maps's help. BEST TEAM. This is tiny and adorable, like both Maps and Damian.

Two stories about Selina and her relationship with Bruce and his kids. This is really great - touching and warm and occasionally hilarious, especially in the second story, in which Bruce attends a series of terrible bachelor parties before the wedding.

When Sirius falls through the Veil, he gets offered the chance to do things differently. He just has to figure out which way would work best. I enjoyed this.
