Provides funding for to nonprofit organizations that offer engaging and innovative music instruction to children in communities where music education either does not exist or is underdeveloped.

The Mockingbird Foundation is a non-profit organization founded by Phish fans in 1996 (and incorporated march 1997) to generate charitable proceeds from the Phish community. All Foundation revenues support music education for children.
