Did you ever work an intercept position. Do you recognise morse code, a single/multi-channel teleprinters? Do you recognize the terms "dittybop", AN/FLR-9, or R-390A/URR, then this site might be just the place for you were looking for. It is a site for folks who worked in the clandestine world of SIGINT/COMINT back in the 60s and 70s, particularly those stationed at 6922nd Security Group. However, the site also contains pictures (on and off duty), names, and current addresses of many people assigned to a number of Air Force installations from the 50's through the 90's.

9th USASA Field Station, Stotsenburg, Philippine Islands

From about 1947 to 1971 four small U. S. Army Security Agency Intelligence groups, located on the Island of Luzon, at Las Pinas and Stotsenburg Station, Pampanga, Philippine Islands operated communications facilities to help in the world wide support of NSA intelligence gathering.

This site's original founder is Jim Murphy, an Army Security Agency Veteran. It is dedicated to him and to the troops that endured the good and bad times, put in the long tiring hours at their positions, and partied just as hard during their off-duty hours on a tropical island, located half way around the world from their homes.

History of the 13th General Hospital
History of the 13th General Hospital
Base Hospital 13, a hospital unit recruited at Presbyterian Hospital of Chicago, saw its first service in World War I ministering to sick and wounded at Limoges, France. A request from Washington, D.C. for organizing a similar model to serve World War II, brought veterans of the Base Hospital into the organization of a new hospital unit that came to be known as the 13th General Hospital. The 13th General Hospital spent most of its army life in New Guinea jungles. This memoir, put together by the alumni group, known as the 13th General Hospital Association, includes a roster of its personnel.
