Four handwritten pages. Includes name, rank, company, date of death, place of death, cause of death, and place of burial. Most men died of typhoid fever. List signed by Sergt. H. O. Hicks, Hospital Department. At the time, the 65th Regiment used the Broadway Arsenal on Broadway in Buffalo, NY.
