My passion lies in supporting, advocating, lifting, and encouraging people when they are in their darkest moments. I enjoy helping people who are struggling with depression, anxiety, OCD, PTSD, and family and relational conflict. My biggest strength as a therapist and clinician is that I am my patients advocate and help to empower, creating strong rapport, being honest, genuine, and non-judgmental. My goal is to help patients live rich, full, and meaningful lives, and only my patients can determine what that means for them. Now specializing in EMDR; an innovative technique helping reduce PTSD symptoms, trauma, anxiety and more.

I create a safe space for my clients to feel seen and understood, and to begin the process of seeing where change might bring ease and relief. I try to be a supportive guide to help you to enact the kind of life you would like to be living. I am passionate about supporting people through difficulties and helping them to find the clarity and commitment to building the life that they want, while undoing old and limiting beliefs about themselves. Whether it be relationship challenges or internal distress and unhappiness, I would love to help you untangle those things that aren’t working, and build new ways of being in this world.

Life can be difficult, and it may seem like everyone is judging you, not feeling like you fit in or that somehow you missed the memo of how to be cool. Living your authentic life requires skills and tools but pays off in so many great ways.
