Life does not have to be endured with anxiety, depression, negative self talk and strained relationships. Life should be empowered, enjoyed, joyful, with a strong sense of self and healthy relationships while overcoming adversity and looking toward the future. Our relationship with ourselves have the greatest influence on how we experience life. The mind and body connection is an integral part of overall well-being.

[Probably LDS :( ] I am a Clinical Mental Health Counselor and Art Therapist. I focus on developing self-compassion through a client-centered approach. You are the expert in your life and I'm here to support you through a part of your healing journey. I work with young adults and adults who want to learn from depression, anxiety, codependency, or other circumstances. I believe that our emotions and diagnosis are trying to teach us something if we are willing to turn towards them with compassion and curiosity instead of fighting them.

[Prioritizes 8-session EMDR for trauma. Online, with occasional in-person in Clearfield] I aim to support women who are ready to are ready to live life on their terms. Clients come to me with a goal to feel peace and purpose. Most of the people I see are fed up with trying to please everyone else and don't know how to recognize, let alone meet, their own needs. They are ready to figure out who they are and what they genuinely want. In order to do this they need a neutral, supportive person to hear them out without forcing an outside agenda. They want to feel validated, understood, and empowered to create a life they can be proud of and surround themselves with people who accept them as they are.
