Complaint alleges dark money nonprofit supporting Republican gubernatorial
A complaint filed Wednesday with the IRS, Oregon Secretary of State and Oregon Department of Justice alleges that the political nonprofit Oregon Pathfinder might have exceeded federal elections spending limits and illegally coordinated with Republican Bridget Barton's campaign for governor. The complaint was filed by the campaign manager for Republican gubernatorial candidate Christine Drazan.

Oregon Supreme Court deals setback to campaign for independent redistrictin
The Oregon Supreme Court ruled on Friday that Attorney General Ellen Rosenblum must redo the ballot title for a proposed initiative to transfer the job of drawing the state's electoral lines from lawmakers, to a new independent commission. That will make it difficult for supporters to gather enough signatures to get on the ballot this year.
