Arizona’s top elections official says the No Labels party can’t block candidates from using its ballot line to run for office.

The group has been hiring Republican fundraisers, campaigners, and policy advisers as it works to advance a presidential ticket that many believe would pull votes from President Biden.

The broad statements of principle, compiled in book form and scheduled for a rollout Monday in New Hampshire, claims to be a “blueprint for where America’s common sense majority wants the country to go.”

The latest scheme to launch a centrist, third-party “unity” ticket comes from a dark money front for corporate interests.

It has money, name-brand political backers and declines to describe either President Biden or Donald Trump as acceptable candidates.

As of today, Oregon has its first new officially designated political party in 13 years.

If the two parties go off to the edges, there’ll be a ticket running up the center.
