Editorial: You’re Not Decolonizing, Stop | Opinions
Decolonization is not about empowering disenfranchised Peoples into a level of survivorship that makes white supremacy content. It is about enforcing the most paradoxical level of joyfulness, bountifulness, and happiness for and by our Peoples in spaces where we are expected to die not survive, and survive not thrive.

These Indigenous Women are Leading a Land Struggle Against the Wealthiest People in the US
While the United States shudders in the shambles of another election year, whether from a collective sigh of relief or fear of what’s to come, a different system of governance blooms in a swath of woodlands jutting into the Atlantic Ocean. This shandy shoreline now part of what is

Governance
Governance
To appreciate Anishinabek leadership, it must be understood within the context of its creation and how it has evolved. It is both difficult and perhaps inappropriate to try to represent a worldview in a few short paragraphs, and I apologize in advance if anyone is offended by this attempt. The following paraphrases an interview with Elder Fred Kelly, some of his writings, the notes of Wilson Ashkewe, and other lessons I’ve learned over time. In the beginning, the Great Spirit placed the four colours of humankind in the four directions. Each colour was given the special gifts of life,
