"Today, I stole a LEGO figurine from my kid and built a very complex thingy. During today's meetings (I had a lot of them) I tried to observe my behaviour and then moving the figure towards one of the three roles. I was surprised how much this little visualization helped to reflect my behaviour in real time. It was also interesting that I really was bouncing between all three roles."
