Ein Grund übrigens, warum Menschen mit ADHS häufig in unübersichtlichen Situationen einen kühleren Kopf behalten als andere, sie sind das Chaos einfach gewohnt.
Es kann aber genauso gut dazu führen, dass wir alle möglichen Szenarien für eine Situation durchdenken und der Kopf dann ausgerechnet an der Situation hängen bleibt, die den schlechtesten Ausgang hat.
Leider ist es dabei auch nicht einfach mit dem Üblichen „Sag dir einfach Stopp oder lenke dich ab“ getan. So funktioniert unser Gehirn einfach nicht.
