Let me preface this story by saying I have ADHD. I've had it all my life. It's basically the way information is absorbed and how you process it. It shuns information that should go to the left brain, to the right and takes information from the right brain and shuns it to the left. So reading linear instructions like...how to set up your internet, how to set up your computer...is very difficult for me.

Many of us are taught to “read the room” and “know our limits”—but when social cues are unclear, and sensory needs are dismissed, boundaries start to feel like a guessing game.
