Compassion through Algorithms
Although none of us contributing to this compilation are black, racial discrimination is not unfamiliar to our society here in East Asia. Music is one of the best examples to show that difference can create great value, and we think that algorithms can be a tool that demonstrates that racism doesnβt make any sense. All of us want to stand up for people who are now being discriminated against and demand that they be respected equally.
In order to support the black community, these tracks have been compiled and released for the Juneteenth Bandcamp campaign on June 19, 2020.

We'll also donate 100% of our share from the sales of this compilation (from Juneteenth onward) for additional support. Weβre currently researching the best destination for those donations and will update this page once weβve identified where weβll donate (weβre considering the NAACP or an organization supporting programming education for black children; let us know if you have a suggestion).
