Synthetic mRNA Vaccines and Transcriptomic Dysregulation: Evidence from New-Onset Adverse Events and Cancers Post-Vaccination[v1] | Preprints.org
Background/Objectives: Synthetic mRNA vaccines have raised concerns regarding prolonged spike protein expression, immune activation, and potential off-target effects. This study investigates transcriptomic alterations in individuals with new-onset adverse events or cancer following mRNA COVID-19 vaccination. Methods: Bulk RNA sequencing was performed on peripheral blood from two patient groups: individuals with new-onset nonmalignant adverse events and individuals newly diagnosed with cancer post-vaccination. A control group of healthy individuals was used for comparison. Differential gene expression was analyzed using DESeq2, and Gene Set Enrichment Analysis (GSEA) was conducted using the MSigDB database and custom gene sets. Results: Both vaccine patient groups displayed widespread transcriptional dysregulation. In the nonmalignant adverse event group, hallmark enrichments included mitochondrial dysfunction, proteasome-mediated stress, transcriptomic instability, and systemic inflammation. The cancer group exhibited additional hallmarks of genomic instability, and epigenetic reprogramming. Nonsense-mediated decay (NMD), ribosomal stress, and MYC activation were prominent in both groups, while immune signaling via TLRs and type I interferons was particularly elevated in cancer patients. Conclusions: The observed transcriptomic profiles indicate persistent cellular stress responses, mitochondrial dysfunction, and immune dysregulation following exposure to mRNA vaccines, potentially in susceptible individuals. Shared and distinct molecular signatures in both cohorts demonstrate underlying mechanisms contributing to post-vaccine symptomatology and complications, including oncogenesis and or progression of malignant disease. These findings underscore the need for a deeper investigation into the long-term safety of mRNA vaccines and host response variability.

FOLLOW THE SILENCED: EXPOSING THE COVER-UP OF COVID-19 VACCINE INJURIES - The HighWire
Filmmaker, Matthew Guthrie, discusses his groundbreaking documentary, “Follow the Silenced”, chronicling the biggest cover-up of a generation of the devastating injuries from the experimental COVID-19 vaccines. Four years in the making, the film follows not only the heartbreaking stories of the injured, but the diabolical concealment traced all the way to the head of the […]

LONG COVID OR VACCINE INJURY? SPIKE PROTEIN FOUND IN THE VACCINATED 2 YEARS LATER - The HighWire
With the NIH showing little concern to study long COVID despite pouring $1 billion into research, a new bombshell study on patients with a debilitating post-vaccination syndrome is showing elevated spike protein levels over 2 years (the time of study) after vaccination. AIR DATE: March 6, 2025

We assessed Cordyceps sinensis mycelium culture extract (Cs4) for alleviating long COVID symptoms. In this randomized trial 110 participants were assigned to receive Cs4 (55 participants) or were waitlisted (55 participants) for 12 weeks. The primary outcome was the change in long COVID symptom severity at 12 weeks, as measured by the modified COVID-19 Yorkshire Rehabilitation Scale. The secondary outcomes included changes in the Brief Fatigue Inventory Form, Insomnia Severity Index, Hospital Anxiety and Depression Scale, St. George’s Respiratory Questionnaire, and the Short Form 12 health survey at 12 weeks. Participants receiving Cs4 showed improvement in long COVID symptoms compared to the waitlist control group (MD, −10.1; 95% CI, −14.1 to −6.1; P < 0.001) at 12 weeks. Cs4 recipients also experienced improvement in fatigue (MD, −8.1; 95% CI, −14.2 to −2.0; P = 0.011), insomnia (MD, −2.9; 95% CI, −4.6 to −1.2; P = 0.001), and respiratory symptoms (MD, −6.3; 95% CI, −11.4 to −1.2; P = 0.018). Cs4 also improved the quality of life (physical component MD, 7.0; 95% CI, 4.2–9.8; P < 0.001; mental component MD, 6.8; 95% CI, 2.9–10.7; P < 0.001). No severe adverse events were reported. Cs4 may be a beneficial treatment for patients with long COVID symptoms.

SARS-CoV2 spike protein pathogenicity research collection
SARS-CoV2 spike protein pathogenicity research collection
Compiled by Dr. Martin Wucher, MSC Dent Sc (eq DDS), Erik Sass, et al.  Doi: 10.5281/zenodo.14559644 Version 2, last updated December 26, 2024. Corresponding author: eriksass@gmail.com   Originally part of the outer coat of the SARS-CoV2 virus, where it functions as a “key” to “unlock” (infect) cells, spike proteins are also produced in large amounts by the mRNA “vaccines,” triggering a short-lived immune response in the form of antibodies. However, a growing body of evidence has shown that the spike protein is harmful by itself, independent of the rest of the virus. The following (I. Alphabetical List) collects over 300 (n=320) peer-reviewed scientific studies confirming that the spike protein is highly pathogenic on its own; most in vitro studies cited here used recombinant spike proteins or spike proteins in pseudoviral vectors, and produced pathological effects not reliant on the SARS-CoV2 viral machinery. The second section (II. Categories) organizes the research into broad categories including affected tissues and organ systems, mechanisms, and evidence from clinical pathology. Because these areas overlap, many articles appear more than once in the second section. This compilation originated with Dr. Wucher's contribution to TOXIC SHOT: Facing the Dangers of the COVID "Vaccines," (Chapter 4: The Spike Protein Is Harmful By Itself). Please note a separate research collection of over 100 peer-reviewed papers (n=130) addresses mRNA “vaccine” biodistribution, persistence, and adjuvant toxicity here: https://zenodo.org/records/14559625
