My favorite supplements that can help with malabsorption:
Lipogest: http://glutenfreesociety.org/Lipogest
Ultra Digest: https://bit.ly/2MwMked
Malabsorption is defined as the inadequate assimilation of dietary nutrients due to defects in digestion, absorption, or transport. Malabsorption can affect macronutrients (the proteins, carbohydrates, and fats that make up the food you eat), micronutrients (the vitamins and minerals that your food contains), or both.
Fat malabsorption refers specifically to the inadequate breakdown and uptake of fat into the body. Gluten induced liver and intestinal damage can contribute to fat malabsorption. Specific causes are discussed in more depth in this video

What’s Making Us Fat The Uric Acid Connection - YouTube
So many people these days are having issues with weight gain and even obesity and with good reason. The diet that many people are consuming is remarkably different in comparison to what people ate even one hundred years ago. One of the biggest changes has been the amount of sugar, specifically fructose, that has entered the human diet.
Fructose consumption in humans enhances insulin resistance and the creation of body fat. Importantly, as well, fructose metabolism increases the production of uric acid, which further contributes to increasing body weight through several mechanisms. In fact, uric acid directly relates to overweight and obesity, even beyond its connection to fructose.
This video explores this relationship as well as what leads to elevation of uric acid, again in the context of overweight and obesity.
This study and so many more will be incorporated into my new book Drop Acid (https://www.dropacidbook.com), where you will learn the specifics of uric acid management including how to measure it and what to do to bring it under control.

15 Ways to lose weight FAST without going to gym, burn belly fat
To lose weight, you MUST burn more calories than you eat. So how do you do this realistically with your busy crazy schedule? Here are15 ways to lose weight fast without going to the gym.
15
Drink LOTS OF WATER or Tea (not coffee- coffee burns out the adrenals and thyroid which leads to weight gain)
14
FIBER ****** Eating lots of fiber is one of the best ways to get thin and stay thin. It helps remove bad things from your body and helps keep you feeling full so you don’t eat much.
Only fresh plant foods have fiber- animal products have zero fiber, they just constipate, so eat lots of fresh plant foods, salads, fiber and water.
13
KEEP MOVING- do NOT sit for long periods of time- Keep that body moving! Every 30 minutes do a 1 minute stand-lie-stand or squats (at work)
12
EXERCISE- the best time to exercise is on an empty stomach so your body is forced to use fat for fuel instead of food. Muscles can use fat for fuel… and working out muscles creates lactic acid… which melts fat
11
LOSE THE STRESS! Cortisol releases glycogen which raises blood sugar, which releases insulin which stimulates formation of fat. Stress also burns out the adrenals and thyroid which are needed to help keep you thin.
10
DON’T EAT UNTIL AFTERNOON - try for 4 pm, but at least not until noon and do your cardio before you eat so your body can only use fat for fuel, not food.
9
SLEEP EARLIER AND LONGER! This is actually one of the most important ways to lose fat. Sleeping burns more calories and fat than working out, but it needs to be SOUND sleep. Lack of sleep slows down your metabolism, your hormones and makes you more hungry and fat. People who sleep 10 hrs lose double the fat of those who sleep only 6 hrs
8
Reduce or totally cut REFINED OILS, and REFINED or CONCENTRATED SUGAR
This includes fruit juice, honey and dried fruit which is highly concentrated sugar.
7
CUT ALL ALCOHOL Alcohol turns into sugar which turns into fat. It also fries the liver which is needed to process fats in the body.
6
EAT ONLY UNTIL YOU ARE 80% FULL This is one of the secrets of the longest living people on earth. If you eat until you are full, you have eaten too much!
5
ANYTHING that makes you BREATHE HEAVIER huffing and puffing
4
PROBIOTICS, CULTURED AND FERMENTED FOODS help keep you thin. The main food source for probiotics is fiber, so again- eat lots of fiber and fresh plant foods!
3
CLEAN YOUR LIVER- it doesn’t just process and get rid of fat, it processes estrogens. Too much estrogen makes you fat. A sluggish fatty liver results in a sluggish fatty body, so clean your liver with bitter food, not sweet food and get the liver formula at MarkusLiverFormula.com
2
Try to have SOUP and SALAD before a meal. It fills you up and makes you want less of the heavy fattening food. Plus, if your main course is cooked food, the salad is much better and more nutritious anyway. Of course do not get cream soup or creamy salad dressing and no cheese on the salad! (man goes Ooh! (darn!)
Controlling yourself is key. The party lasts one night, belly fat lasts for weeks or months
NUMBER ONE
-WHAT YOU EAT
-HOW MUCH YOU EAT
-WHEN YOU EAT
is more important than anything!
Do not eat or snack all day long if you want to lose weight.
Once you have the weight you want, then you can snack all day if you use the right foods.
*BONUS*
STAND MORE, SIT LESS. Standing burns more calories than sitting. Get a standing desk.
SUNLIGHT triggers hormones and creates vitamins in your body that help you lose weight. Get at least 20 minutes a day
