One of the top questions I get is: "Dr. Osborne, what kind of supplements work well?" If we're talking about chronic pain, we really want to talk about chronic pain that that might be inflammatory in nature. What i've done is I've classified for you some of the top hacks - some of the best things that you can do that actually work.
Where a lot of people make mistakes is that the quality of the supplement they buy is junk. They go over to your basic drug store and they buy the junkiest cheapest thing they can find that's full of fillers and many of those fillers are have grain in them and corn and they're genetically modified and they have pesticide residues. that stuff isn't going to get you any better it's not going to get you ahead. In order for these things to be effective you've got to do them meaningfully.

There are a number of foods that can impact thyroid hormone production. These are typically referred to as goitrogenic foods, because when eaten in large quantities, they can cause a goiter to form. The following is a list of foods that have these properties. Keep in mind that just because a food is goitrogenic doesn’t mean you cannot eat it. Cooking them reduces this effect by as much as 70-80%.
Soy (cooking does not reduce the goitrogenic effects of soy)
Brussels Sprouts
Cabbage
Cassava
Broccoli
Kale
Spinach
Flax
Peanuts

Exercise your bones - resistance is key! - YouTube

To build strong bone, you need resistance. Keep in mind that we define walking as "movement" but not resistance exercise. Walking is not going to increase your bone density to any degree.
Remember that bone follows Wolf's Law - pressure on the bone makes it more dense. So if we are going to apply it to exercise, we need to focus on things that offer resistance. There are many resistance exercises that you can do that utilize only bodyweight or minimal equipment.
