Calcium Supplements - Best Forms, How Much to Take, and Toxic Levels - YouTube
Click here to subscribe - https://www.glutenfreesociety.org/wxrn My favorite calcium supplement - https://bit.ly/2Yj9ZCD What is the best way to supplement with calcium? Can calcium supplementation be dangerous? The likelihood that you're going to hurt yourself with calcium supplementation is very small. However, some newer research would argue that taking high doses of calcium without Vitamin K and without magnesium could be potentially problematic for a person, as well. Carbonate is really bulky, so it comes in these massive horse pills, but your body doesn't absorb it very well. So, calcium hydroxyapatite is another form, and it's a bone matrix supplement, and generally speaking, the pill size is reduced to a certain extent; not quite as huge of a pill, although they still are pretty big pills. Calcium orotate is good at getting inside the cell; whereas calcium citrate is good at getting absorbed through the GI tract, good at getting into your bloodstream; orotate is really good in getting inside your cells. Calcium hydroxyapatite, calcium citrate, calcium malate, calcium orotate; preferably always taken in a two to one calcium-magnesium ratio, and preferably taken with Vitamin K. And when I say taken with Vitamin K - Vitamin K is necessary to push calcium into the cell. You're going to have a hard-pressed time hurting yourself with food, if the food fits a definition of what real food is. If we're talking about a therapeutic dose: 1,000 to 1,200 milligrams of calcium per day. There are some tribal cultures that generally thrive largely on milk, and their dietary intake of calcium is 5,000 plus milligrams a day, and in that culture, we don't really see any signs or symptoms of calcium toxicity. But where I would say you've got to be careful and be cautious: if you've got a kidney disorder and there could be a problem with your kidney not properly absorbing, re-absorbing or letting go of calcium appropriately. Additionally to that, pay attention to lethargy; if taking calcium makes you really tired and makes you feel really, really foggy, it's probably not for you. You should follow up with your nephrologist or your kidney doc before you are taking heavy levels of electrolyte-based supplements.. Nutritional Deficiencies That Cause Neuropathy - YouTube
Nutritional Deficiencies That Cause Neuropathy - YouTube
Click here to subscribe - https://www.glutenfreesociety.org/wxrn We talked a little bit about some environmental exposures that can create nerve damage or neuropathy, and although these are common, they are nowhere near as common as the nutritional causes of neuropathy. Nutrient Deficiencies that Cause Nerve Damage Vitamin B12 Vitamin B1 Vitamin B3 Vitamin B6  Folate  Vitamin E  Copper  All these are deficiency neuropathies unless I specify otherwise, meaning that it's you not having enough of the nutrient, not a toxicity of the nutrient. There are examples that I'll give tonight where where a nutrient toxicity could lead to neuropathy, but these are deficiency unless I say otherwise. Vitamin B12 deficiency can cause a degradation of the brain. It can cause a degradation of the spinal cord and it can manifest as a form of ms multiple sclerosis. A lot of B vitamins can cause neuropathy. Folate deficiency can mimic all the things that happen with B12 deficiency. These two have a lot of similar functions and, and play together, so to speak. So folate deficiency can cause the same type of numbness, tingling in the feet or hands or fingers. This is a very, very common deficiency. B3 deficiency, we'll call more of a central problem because it leads to cognitive decline. So cognitive function versus numbness and tingling. You might get memory problems or word recall issues. Dementia is a late stage pellagra, which is what vitamin B3 deficiency is. B6 is unique because B6 deficiency can cause neuropathy, but so can B6 toxicity. If you've ever taken too much B6 you may have experienced numbness, tingling, or agitation. If you're taking high doses of vitamin B6 for long periods of time, then you can run the risk of developing a vitamin B6 neuropathy from a toxicity perspective. There's other vitamins, and other minerals that can also contribute to neuropathy. One of them is Vitamin E which has been really well researched as a cause of neuropathy. Another quite common one is copper deficiency. To connect with Dr. Osborne visit: On the web: https://drpeterosborne.com/ Facebook: https://www.facebook.com/DoctorPeterO... Can a Calcium Imbalance Disrupt Natural Healing (+ the Powerful Role of the p53 Gene in Cancer!) - YouTube
In this clip from “Eastern Medicine: Journey Through ASIA!”, Ty interviews Jae Lee to talk about the roles of calcium imbalance and the p53 gene in fighting cancer. Watch the full episode here: [http://bit.ly/buy-eastern-medicine]. If you don’t have the right balance of calcium, cell communication breaks down, resulting in chaos. This chaos is where cancer happens, and can often be the result of either too much calcium or not enough. But bringing in a small amount of calcium ion can restore that balance, leading to natural healing. Watch the whole clip as Ty travels through Singapore to learn just how important calcium ion can be for fighting cancer and kickstarting the body’s immune response. Have you ever heard of the p53 gene? Listen to cancer expert Jae Lee explain the critical role that this gene plays in tumor suppression and apoptosis (cancer cell death). Inactivation of p53 functions is an almost universal feature of human cancer cells. And calcium ion may just be the key to unlocking this powerful, natural gene to fight cancer. Want to watch the entire episode? Check it out here: [http://bit.ly/buy-eastern-medicine]. In the summer of 2018, we traveled through Japan, Taiwan, Philippines, Singapore, Malaysia, Thailand, and India. Asia is the birthplace of natural medicine with records as old as the 3rd century BCE showing the use of specific natural remedies. Remarkably, we still use some of them today! Over 60 experts, medical doctors, herbalists, and cancer survivors tell us what they did, how they did it, and what their results were in “Eastern Medicine: Journey Through ASIA.” -------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Join TTAC's 1 million+ FB fans - http://bit.ly/official-ttac-fb Follow us on PINTEREST - http://bit.ly/official-ttac-pinterest Find us on INSTAGRAM - http://bit.ly/official-ttac-ig Visit our website: http://bit.ly/official-ttac-site -------------------------------------------------- About The Truth About Cancer -------------------------------------------------- The Truth About Cancer’s mission is to inform, educate, and eradicate the pandemic of cancer in our modern world. Every single day, tens of thousands of people just like you are curing cancer (and/or preventing it) from destroying their bodies. It’s time to take matters into your own hands and educate yourself on real cancer prevention and treatments. It could save your life or the life of someone you love. ------------------------------------------------ About Ty & Charlene Bollinger ------------------------------------------------ Ty & Charlene Bollinger are devoted Christians, health freedom advocates, health researchers, documentary film producers, and best-selling authors. After losing several family members to conventional cancer treatments, they set out to learn the truth about cancer and the cancer industry, working together tirelessly to help others to learn the truth that sets them free to live healthy, happy lives. Ty & Charlene's heartbreak and grief coupled with their firm belief that chemotherapy, radiation, and surgery were NOT the most effective treatments available for cancer patients, led them on a path of discovery. On their journey, they interviewed cutting-edge scientists, leading alternative doctors, and groundbreaking researchers to learn about hidden alternative cancer treatments. What they uncovered helped to create The Truth About Cancer and its three awe-inspiring docu-series: ”The Quest for The Cures”, “The Quest for the Cures Continues”, “The Truth About Cancer: A Global Quest”, and "Eastern Medicine: Journey through ASIA." Their message is clear: CANCER IS NOT A DEATH SENTENCE. THERE IS ALWAYS HOPE.

Causes of Zinc Deficiency Your Doctor Didn't Warn You About - YouTube
Click here to subscribe - https://www.glutenfreesociety.org/wxrn My favorite zinc supplement - https://www.glutenfreesociety.org/shop/supplements/immune-support/ultra-zinc/ The average person in the United States over 40 is on five or more medications. So here is a list of Causes of Zinc Deficiency Your Doctor Didn't Warn You About. If you're on blood pressure medications, monitor your zinc levels, because when you start inhibiting your zinc the problem with people on blood pressure medications is again, you're lowering your blood pressure to try to reduce your risk of heart disease. Remember all those functions of zinc that we talked about in the other videos of this series. It plays a role in structural proteins, plays a role in healing of the gut, plays a role in detoxification, plays a role as an antioxidant. There's so many different things that are wrong with lowering blood pressure and causing zinc deficiency that actually end up increasing the risk for heart disease. Estrogens can inhibit zinc, causing a deficiency. And it doesn't matter whether it's oral, whether it's sublingual, doesn't matter whether it's under the skin type of troche, doesn't matter how you're using it you know, whether it's a lotion, whether it's an under the skin pellet or whether it's an oral medication and even those of you who have vaginal inserts that are birth control that secrete slowly estrogens over time. Most people want to block inflammation because they're either having pain or they're having some type of chemical reaction on their skin. Zinc deficiency can cause dermatitis, inflammation of the skin. Doctors will give steroids to block inflammation in the skin, but these steroids are known to deplete zinc. Some people have vitamin A or zinc deficiency and that creates dermatitis. A fourth class of medications that can cause zinc deficiency are antibiotics. Remember, some of the symptoms associated with zinc deficiency are easy wound damage. For the collagen to be elastic and strong in your skin and your blood vessels and your tendons and your ligaments, you need zinc to help bind those cross links on collagen to be strong and elastic and that's one of the reasons why some of the antibiotics trigger joint and tendon pain. Your body can make CoQ10 if you have the building blocks to create it. If you are blocking your cholesterol, you are reducing your body's ability to produce CoQ10. How many of you have been put on medicine for high cholesterol? You're blocking your ability to fight inflammation naturally. And then you develop chronic pain as a result of taking the medication. If you just stop and start asking the right questions, you can begin to see the complete picture. Salt of the Earth - Sodium and Plant Based Diets - YouTube
Is a plant-based diet sufficient to reach sodium goals? Non-vegetarians get nearly 3,500 milligrams of sodium a day on average, the equivalent of about a teaspoon and a half of table salt. Now, the U.S. Dietary guidelines recommend getting under 2,300 a day, and the American Heart Association says, no way, get under just 1,500 a day. Vegetarians did better, but still double the American Heart Association limit. Selenium - Which is the Very Best in the World - YouTube
Selenium - Which is the Very Best in the World - YouTube
The safest strongest form of selenium is bonded to a lipid and as such it is safe to take at mega-dose levels. ** Video Transcription** Selenium Tung Oil: http://www.whnstore.com/Revici-Selenated-Tung-Oil-p/sup-tsel-1oz.htm?click=159 Selenium Medicine eBook: https://drsircus.com/shop/ebooks/selenium-medicine/ Selenium, often and very important overlooked mineral. Medicine of course likes to ignore all the minerals, and give pharmaceuticals that deplete the minerals even more, because anything that's toxic, anything that's a chemical, needs to be eliminated and it takes minerals to eliminate. Selenium is very interesting mineral and there's a lot of fear around it, meaning got to be very careful about dosages, it's toxic, aspirin is much more toxic, but let's buy in to what they say: you should be taking 200 maybe 400 maximum 600 micrograms of most of the selenium products that are on the market. I'm gonna be talking about a very special selenium, but before I talk about that, one of the best selenium 's beside the best, is selenium made with yeast. The science about selenium basically says if you take 200 micrograms a day, which is very little, most tablets or pills whatever are 200 micrograms or even less, 55 micrograms. But if you take 200 a day, your chance of dying of cancer is 50% less. It's a lot of bang for the buck in terms of selenium. Selenium is kind of a mysterious mineral. We have selenium proteins, there's a lot of different compounds, so many of them which they still don't understand yet. One of the most important functions of selenium is it's used in the production of glutathione, which is the master enzyme for detoxifying the cells. So it's very important. I have been recommending a very special selenium for years. It's called tung oil, and it was kind of selenium developed by a doctor or a surgeon in New York City, it's selenium bonded to a lipid to a fat, and this Dr. Revici used to inject it to treat cancer. The product that's, he's not alive anymore, but the product that is still available is for oral use, and each drop is a milligram. That's 5 to 20 times stronger than other products. First time I took it, many years ago, I took 26 drops or 26 in milligrams, and some of my colleagues freaked out and got very nervous about what I was doing, and yet I felt like Chuck Yeager. I took the 26 milligrams and didn't bat an eye. I've never felt any toxicity from this product. When I take it, I don't count the drops. I take a drop before I put it under my tongue. For cancer patients this is really good because you can take very high dosages, as one of the arms of one's cancer treatment. And one can do that safely. So again it's called tongue oil cost $100 a bottle last time I looked and I highly recommend it (http://www.whnstore.com/Revici-Selenated-Tung-Oil-p/sup-tsel-1oz.htm?click=159).
