Posting w/permission: 46 yr old friend had Covid 6 weeks ago. Tried in vain to get post-Covid proactive screening tests for clots, blood sugar and cardiac work-up. HMO PCP balked. Urgent Care only took blood pressure (oddly elevated, 1st time.) She found lab to order herself:

I've been on NK for 2 months. I was on NK-SP for 1 month, increasing by 1 pill/week to 8000 FU on Dr's Best brand, & switched to NK-only at the 2 month mark.

If you have ME/CFS or Long COVID, I really cannot recommend nattokinase highly enough. I’ve tried a zillion supplements and none of them every did shit for me, but it’s completely resolved my neuropathy – better than $400k/year IVIg, better even than prescription blood…
