The fact that Covid is dangerous is at odds with how most people live. So they pretend it’s not, because it’s too hard to do anything about. It would be more convenient for it to not be true. But it is true. So what can the average person do to mitigate in a realistic way? 1/

Again, let me be clear. I wish people masked all the time. But if you’re currently a person who masks NONE of the time, it’s better for you to mask at least sometimes. 10/

How to correctly do a Covid Rapid Test Rapid test instructions and video. Omicron is sneakier, you need to swab well at mouth then nose. It may even take 5 days before you test positive. You are doing this to help others. It matters.

Posting w/permission: 46 yr old friend had Covid 6 weeks ago. Tried in vain to get post-Covid proactive screening tests for clots, blood sugar and cardiac work-up. HMO PCP balked. Urgent Care only took blood pressure (oddly elevated, 1st time.) She found lab to order herself:

I know it looks a little silly, but for those with hearing disabilities these Savewo Smile mask could be game changers. Hard to tell in pic, but I just had this in the freezer, breathing on it and no fogging. This get the mask nerd nod of approval. Breathability is still good!

NATTOKINASE Survey Data💊 Interesting results! Efficacy appears to ⬆️ w total daily dose (TDD). While 2000-4000 FU TDD looks similar, efficacy appears to improve around ≥6000 FU TDD w/ most taking ≥4000 FU twice daily. Note no one reported feeling worse at ≥9000 FU TDD.🧵
