I hate how much #LongCovid has messed up my brain, and particularly my short-term memory. This evening, I needed to go to the toilet. So, I dragged myself to the bathroom. This evening, I needed to go to the toilet. So, I dragged myself to the bathroom. Once I got there, I forgot why I was there.

Since I was there, I went in and washed my hands…Then I stumbled back to the couch. 5 minutes later I find that I am now urgently needing the toilet. Dragged myself back to the bathroom.

Now I’m really confused. I remember that I’d just washed my hands, so I assume I had also gone to the toilet. I hadn’t. FFS.”

On certain days, I never know when this will happen, I have a crash. I'll describe this in as much detail as I can. It always involves deep fatigue. Sometimes I can't keep my eyes open or struggle to. Sometimes I can't lift my arms or stand up.
