She's on disability from work b/c of memory issues. She can't drive or do household tasks & is forgetting things she should know. Her writing has even changed.
She's 54. The kicker?”
“I got sick from my Dr appointment. I asked him to wear a mask and he said it’s uncomfortable. Then confessed he had been sick.
I was wearing a mask, used nose spray, mouthwash, and disinfected my hands. I used a multi test home kit and it came up Flu A.”
“I’ve got a friend at the ER with a complications from stage 4 cancer that’s impacting her airway
Staff are not masking & they’ve put her on a gurney with only a curtain to protect her
This is shameful. COVID could easily end her life & airborne precautions would protect her”
“I've been in medicine since late 70s. I've never seen this other than sporadic bad flu seasons (which were primarily among the elderly) and the early days of HIV (if that's not disturbing). The stuff among school age kids should be alarming. Medical leadership is asleep.”
