- Develop our GitStars and help them fulfil their potential. Growth is different for everyone. From someone just starting out to a senior dev learning a new tech stack, you will help create paths of progress to develop and grow
- Operate our community as it scales in size and complexity. Create processes and install tools so that we can grow efficiently without sacrificing intimacy.
- Collaborate with your fellow regional evangelist to share knowledge, execute on global initiatives and build a best in class community management playbook
- Champion the cause. As the face of our community, you will also need to represent us at relevant events both in attendance as well as a speaker.
Don’t worry! You won't have to do all this alone. As our community grows, we will empower you with all the resources you need to build a team and infrastructure to manage the growth.
- Experience in building communities and engaging audiences. Whether it is professionally or personally.
