The Receiver or Learner also plays a vital role in the feedback loop. She must be vulnerable, eager to improve, and appreciative of the fact that proper feedback is not an indication of failure. . Ultimately, EFFECTIVE Feedback builds trust and is a chance for growth, a gateway to improvement, and a performance-enhancing tool - IF properly utilized.
