Trehalose Attenuates Learning and Memory Impairments in Aged Rats via Overexpression of miR-181c - PubMed
MicroRNAs have been recognized as important regulators of the aging process. Trehalose, a natural disaccharide, displays protective effects against neuronal impairment through several mechanisms. However, little is known about the interactive effects of aging and trehalose on behavioral function and …

Think you might be gluten sensitive? Take the quiz: https://www.glutenfreesociety.org/gluten-sensitivity-intolerance-self-test/ Remember that medications don’t solve the blood sugar issue and can create additional health problems that actually increase your risk for heart disease, diabetes, and muscle damage. The two biggest and most helpful ways to achieve better control over blood sugar that don’t involve seeing a doctor are: Diet Control – Eliminate gluten and processed grain based foods (they can cause elevations in your blood sugar), processed sugar (including artificial sweeteners), dairy, hydrogenated fats to start. These foods have the greatest potential to wreck your blood sugar. Begin a high intensity interval based exercise program. If you aren’t sure where to begin, consider hiring a professional to help you get started. Consider the image below as it demonstrates the profound effect that exercise has on the hormones that regulate your blood sugar To connect with Dr. Osborne visit: On the web: https://drpeterosborne.com/ Facebook: https://www.facebook.com/DoctorPeterOsborne/ Pinterest: https://www.pinterest.com/docosborne/ Instagram: https://www.instagram.com/drosborne Twitter: https://twitter.com/glutenology *These statements have not been evaluated by the Food and Drug Administration. Invincible Oxygen with Chlorine Dioxide
Invincible Oxygen with Chlorine Dioxide
There are many ways to increase oxygen delivery to the cells for better health and vitality and to choke cancer cells with too much oxygen. My favorite ways are using bicarbonates, hydrogen inhalation therapy with oxygen, Exercise with Oxygen Therapy (EWOT), chlorine dioxide (MMS), Homozone (especially effective for intestines), and slow breathing. Other popular methods... View Article

Chlorine Dioxide Cure For COVID
When discussing any cure for COVID, the first thing to note is that neither health officials nor politicians are interested in a cure. Therefore, to expect any kind of medical sanity or truth from the FDA about what is and is not safe and effective to treat or cure COVID is a bad idea. Trusting... View Article

Reviving Red Blood Cells
Reviving Red Blood Cells
Three doctors, all surgeons—Franco Giovannini, M.D., Riccardo Benzi Cipelli, M.D., and Giampaolo Pisano, M.D.—examined freshly drawn blood of more than a thousand patients using direct observation under microscopes to see what was happening in the blood. 94 Percent of vaccinated patients with subsequent health issues have abnormal blood, these Italian doctors found. They studied the blood of... View Article

Role of Acacia arabica gum in reducing the impair alterations in liver tissue of irradiated Albino rats - Histopathological study
Role of Acacia arabica gum in reducing the impair alterations in liver tissue of irradiated Albino rats - Histopathological study
The use of ionizing radiation exposure increases oxidative stress especially for cancer patients. Therefore, there is a critical need to develop antioxidants that prevent oxidative stress damage. Arabic gum is an antioxidant and anti-inflammatory mediator. The function of Arabic gum (Acacia arabica) in protecting against injury to the liver tissue caused by 5 Gy whole-body γ-irradiation was studied using histopathological and ultrastructure techniques.Materials and Methods: Forty-eight male albino Sprague–Dawley rats were divided into four groups: control (C), irradiated (R): rats were exposed to 5 Gy gamma-radiation as a single dose for 10 min., Arabic gum (AG) : rats were treated orally with 25 mg/kg/day AG for 3 weeks and AG + R. Experimental rats were treated orally with 25 mg/kg/day AG for one week before, and three weeks after irradiation, and were sacrificed after 7 and 21 days of irradiation. Results: Gamma radiation was observed to affect the histopathology and ultrastructure of liver tissues, such as distorting the central vein with a highly dilated and delaminated endothelial lining, lymphocytic infiltration, many vacuolated hepatocytes with increased signs of karyolysis and pyknosis in hepatocytes nuclei, faint electron outer and inner membranes of mitochondria and increases in collagen fibers. On the other hand, treatment with AG ameliorated all of the previous histological and ultrastructure changes. Arabic gum showed a radio-protective effect and improved liver structure indicating that pre-treatment with Arabic gum is effective in lowering the incidence of the hepatic histopathological changes induced by gamma-radiation with remarkable restoration of normal hepatocytes structure.

Ivermectin converts cold tumors hot and synergizes with immune checkpoint blockade for treatment of breast cancer - PubMed
We show that treatment with the FDA-approved anti-parasitic drug ivermectin induces immunogenic cancer cell death (ICD) and robust T cell infiltration into breast tumors. As an allosteric modulator of the ATP/P2X4/P2X7 axis which operates in both cancer and immune cells, ivermectin also selectively …
