If you do a fast, try training yourself first with just a 24-hour water fast. Then try a 48-hour water fast the next week. If you reach a 3-day water fast, it takes 2 more days to rebuild the damaged macrophages. There should be no need to fast more than 5 days. Be certain to check your Oxygen, Temp and Blood Pressure regularly during a water fast.
Good old Arm&Hammer Baking Soda can be used to boost oxygen to 98, or 100, just read and follow the instructions on the box. An Oxygen level below 98 is too low.

Have the doctor visit https://covidlonghaulers.com/ and evaluate if a person has Long Covid. I suggest that everyone read the study entitled 'Targeting the Monocytic-Endothelial-Platelet Axis with Maraviroc and Pravastatin as a Therapeutic Option to Treat Long COVID/ Post-Acute Sequelae of COVID (PASC)' and discuss this with your doctor.
Maraviroc cost can be $800 to $1000 per month. The Pravastatin cost should be under $120, maybe as low as $20. A D.O. might get away with just prescribing Pravastatin for as little as 60 to 90 days. I'm not certain if the Maraviroc is necessary.
