Demonstration of drawing in the lower abs. The first 3 demos are correct, the next 2 are not (the upper abdominals are in use, followed by all the abdominals drawing in), with one more final demo of how to do it correctly.
Abdominal Massage For Constipation And Bloating | Digestion Massage & Constipation Relief
I often teach self abdominal massage for constipation and bloating relief in my practice, as constipation, gas, and bloating can all be painful and frustrating experiences!

Why use this tool for constipation, gas, or bloating relief? Essentially the purpose of the massage is to stimulate peristalsis, which is the term for the rhythmic-like contractions of your intestines that propels food (and eventually stool) towards your rectum.
I like to say that we are encouraging the natural movement of the intestines 😊

All About Prolapse | Cystocele, Uterine Prolapse, & Rectocele Symptoms, Grading, Treatment, & More!

I’ve gotten a number of requests to make different videos surrounding prolapse—especially exercise-based videos for prolapse treatment—and I’ve been hesitant… because it’s been my experience that the proper treatment for prolapse really varies person to person.

Paronychia is one of the most common infections of the hand. Clinically, paronychia presents as an acute or a chronic condition. It is a localized, superficial infection or abscess of the paronychial tissues of the hands or, less commonly, the feet. Any disruption of the seal between the proximal nail fold and the nail plate can cause acute infections of the eponychial space by providing a portal of entry for bacteria. Treatment options for acute paronychias include warm-water soaks, oral antibiotic therapy and surgical drainage. In cases of chronic paronychia, it is important that the patient avoid possible irritants. Treatment options include the use of topical antifungal agents and steroids, and surgical intervention. Patients with chronic paronychias that are unresponsive to therapy should be checked for unusual causes, such as malignancy.
