Abnormal denaturation and aggregation of human amylin or islet amyloid polypeptide (IAPP) into amyloid fibrils has been implicated in the pathogenesis of type 2 diabetic mellitus. Is There A Cure For Type II Diabetes - YouTube
Click here to subscribe - https://www.glutenfreesociety.org/wxrn More on dairy here - https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=zCcGmyNPpPo Is there a natural cure for diabetes? Simple answer is yes. Type II diabetes is a disease of choice. Reversing diabetes is much easier than you think, but it requires a major diet and lifestyle change. If you are looking to overcome diabetes naturally consider doing these three things: 1. Stop eating sugar. Sugar causes and worsens diabetes. 2. Stop consuming processed dairy. Dairy is contributes to elevations in blood sugar and insulin. 3. Don't eat grain. In my book, No Grain No Pain, I detail the specifics of how grain elevates blood sugar, inflammation, and leads to muscle loss along with increased risk for diabetes. Additionally, I discuss the connection between gluten and diabetes. Eat plenty of dark green leafy vegetables, and be aware that even some natural foods might drive elevations in your blood sugar. Bonus Tips: 4. Exercise. Muscle mass improves insulin sensitivity. Lack of activity can lead to elevations of blood sugar and type 2 diabetes. 5. Eat a balance of macronutrients analyzing your carb, fat, protein ratios starting with the rule of 3rds. 6. Supplements that will support healthy blood sugar are chromium, magnesium, vitamin D, and zinc. Bottom line: A natural cure for diabetes resides in you. Your behaviors, diet, activity, etc. If you want to reverse type 2 diabetes, start with changing your behaviors. Subscribe to NutritionFacts.org’s free newsletter to receive our B12 infographic that covers the latest research takeaways and Dr. Greger’s updated recommendations: https://nutritionfacts.org/subscribe/ Type 2 diabetes can be reversed with an extremely low calorie diet (see my last video: Reversing Diabetes with Surgery http://nutritionfacts.org/video/reversing-diabetes-with-surgery). And as this video shows, type 2 diabetes can be reversed with an extremely healthy diet, but is that because it was also low in calories? That’s the million dollar (death?) question that I answer in my next video: Diabetes Reversal: Is it the Calories or the Food? (http://nutritionfacts.org/video/diabetes-reversal-is-it-the-calories-or-the-food). Hold onto your hats, it’s going to be quite a doozy! Can a person be "cured" of Type 2 Diabetes? Dr. Sarah Hallberg provides compelling evidence that it can, and the solution is simpler than you might think. Dr. Sarah Hallberg is the Medical Director of the Medically Supervised Weight Loss Program at IU Health Arnett, a program she created. She is board certified in both obesity medicine and internal medicine and has a Master’s Degree in Exercise Physiology. She has recently created what is only the second non-surgical weight loss rotation in the country for medical students. Her program has consistently exceeded national benchmarks for weight loss, and has been highly successful in reversing diabetes and other metabolic diseases. Dr. Hallberg is also the co-author of www.fitteru.us, a blog about health and wellness. Stressed mouse dads give their offspring high blood sugar -- ScienceDa (...)
Mouse fathers under psychological stress were more likely to have offspring with high blood sugar compared to their unstressed counterparts. In a study, researchers link this difference to an epigenetic change in the stressed dad's sperm -- a change that they could prevent by blocking the father's stress hormones. The study adds to growing evidence that a male's life experience can be passed down through more than his genetic code alone.

The Best Diet for Type 2 diabetes (Grain free Keto) - YouTube
The Best Diet for Type 2 diabetes (Grain free Keto) - YouTube
Click here to subscribe - https://www.glutenfreesociety.org/wxrn What can be done naturally to improve Type 2 diabetes? There are a couple of different pieces of advice I can give you that will make a huge difference in helping you control your blood sugar. Diabetes is a disease of choice. If we're talking about type 2 diabetes, a lot of doctors will tell you it's family history, a lot of doctors will blame your genetics. And one of the reasons we're seeing the popularity of the ketogenic diet emerge as possibly the best diet for diabetes - this diet works for people, and they are feeling better, feeling healthier, having more energy, losing weight, regulating their blood sugar as they cut back on carbs. Ketogenic is actually a step in the opposite direction from diabetes, whereas diabetes is a carbohydrate toxic diet. Remember, most diets in the United States are 60 to 80% carbohydrate, 20% protein, 10% fat, so it's the complete opposite of what it should be, but if you bring it to balance, it makes a huge difference in blood sugar and blood sugar regulation. Remember, one of the ways we regulate blood sugar is muscle mass. Muscles help your body utilize glucose and muscles help your insulin receptors work better. And so that might look like 10,000 steps a day, meaning making sure you're walking at least five miles a day and you might also want to think about incorporating some body weight activity, pushups, pull ups, squats, lunges, plank holds, jump ropes, burpees, body weight movements that will help your body build muscle tone without injuring yourself, because many diabetics are overweight, so doing too much heavy weight is already hard on their joints. So body weight activity is the best place to start for somebody who's overweight with Type 2 diabetes. Remember, grains promote elevation in blood sugar, they promote elevation and cortisol, which disrupts the way your insulin works.
